- Clear growth trajectory: working on real projects will help define your preferred specialization. Within the company, you can grow into a strong Data Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst. Transition into Backend development or a Research team is also possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Data analysis: exploring datasets, identifying patterns and insights using Python (Pandas) and SQL;

- Automation: developing scripts to optimize routine internal processes;
- Visualization: building clear dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:

- Research experience: academic research, publications, or university-level research experience will be a significant advantage;
- Python: confident working knowledge, including data analysis libraries;
- SQL: ability to write basic queries;
- English (B1+): strong written communication skills, including the ability to conduct technical correspondence with partners and work with documentation.

- A culture of trust and respect for professionals, with no micromanagement;
- A modern office in a cozy district, regular team events and off-sites;
